Created, If someone did not see your flag for any reason, it does not necessarily mean it was ignored or dismissed. Sometimes the chat is busy, or multiple players flag things at the same time (for example, several people typing -same-). Also, if a player was flagged but you did not receive confirmation, I am not sure what the complaint is. If you believe I am mistaken, please share a link to the game so we can review it.
