Almost certainly pga with razgino12 (red, in this game). Either that or he has no idea how flagging should work. Refused to counter a round 2 flag red tried to make. Then got flagged by all remaining into first place, accepted flags, and proceeded to screw over 2nd and 3rd by dominating them and preserving red's single-land-island.
