COURTESY: http://kdice.wikispaces.com/Winning+Gracefully If you truced with a very weak player and near the end of the game, this player is still very weak (2-3 territories), it is incredibly rude to wait until they are in 2nd. This is most applicable when you have, for example 16space/2space truce and the third player has 10/11 spaces and is flagged. This becomes boring and tedious for everyone involved. Though they might have helped you by not attacking you, or allying with the opposition, the player in second probably deserves it. Feel free to request flags and allow worthy opponents to get the place they deserve.
