So yeah, you can play accordingly to your secret weapon "try anything" policy but in the long run it won't benefit you. What make you weak are your rules which need a serious revisit. Plus your fucked up genes, probably. And believe me, playing a little more ethical involves less ass-kissing than your current strategy, which is a good thing ultimately.
