Once he gets on top, he doesn't let people sort out positions themselves. He just starts attacking everyone, and so lower positions will be quite random. I recommend not letting him take 1st.
ADDED: Kdicefreak, you don't know what you're talking about. I didn't flag the entire game, nor was I going for 2nd. How is that a ninja flag? If you were just trying to be fair, why didn't you let me fight it out?
