PGA with Moravich, doesn't respect flags

beware of PGA with sotigi. Had lead, these 2 attack together ..were speaking in dutch prior to game beginning and throughout. I flagged for 2nd, he tells me "I want Sotigi to have 2nd" ..I ask, "not going to respect flag? " in to which he replies by taking 85% of my territory and than saying "okay, you 2 fight it out". A total piece of dog cr@p, beware.
