Ban players that add racist comments to other player's profile

There many types of rude behaviour, and while I do not encourage none them I can tolerate some of them. However there is a limit.
This has gone too far now. I already deleted three time these types of insults from the same player. The situation is very clear here, this is not text cut/paste from the chat which can be altered, the comment is signed. So I would appreciate banning this player. How come nobody cares about this issue? Is everybody too busy "earning" the points for the new ranking or what? Kdice is a game, and eliminating racism it will only make it more enjoyable. |

Maybe in some countries you have cable connections or similar stuff with static IPs, but please consider that in most parts of the world, the internet providers assign DYNAMIC IPs to their clients. So you won't gain anything - and even worse - innocent players that happen to get the same IP later won't be able to log on..
