give the first player a few more seconds. the game starts without warning, and when you are first you do not have time to locate all your territories, much less decide which way to go with your dice.

But when a final player sits down at the table, the game starts without warning, you hear the start sound, and the "your turn" sound, and you do not have time to move. The first turn of the first player should have a couple of additional seconds.
