Show the players running luck total over the course of the game, maybe down at the bottom to the right of Place/DOM information.

It would be fun to see how your luck is changing, and spark conversation.

Alternately, you could find a way to squeeze it in to the players stat box, that way everyone could see everyone's luck as it goes through... would make for a lot of fun chatting.
