at 9:52 AM, Tuesday April 10, 2007 EDT I could possibly be wrong in this case, but usually this happens to victims of a bug --accidentally at two maps so they need to refresh to see the current one-- I have no idea how you concluded someone who loses while teleporting is a cheater.
