This happened to me as well. All comments and friends were erased. I just had to go back and make new friends! Pretty lame, I was annoyed at first but I got over it pretty quickly. And don't worry, you always have a friend in the NACHOmaster!

I sent an invite too (of course after I checked the PGA, racist remarks threads ... lol)

I can't figure this one out. Theres nothing in the code to accept a friend request that could cause this.

Could it be some sort of malicious sql injection? hmmm... what was the name of the friend request you accepted?

My current best guess is that there is some type of mysql corruption that is causing this. I've run repair on each table just in case. At the end of the month I will rebuild the database too to make sure its not a mysql issue.

It seems this problem happened for different reasons. I'll list the facts below so maybe it can help you find the cause.


* In my case I lost all my friends list and all comments on my page. It happened immediately following this action: I clicked on Edit Profile and changed the saying at the top of my profile.

*In rnds case, he lost info on his profile when he clicked to invite me as a friend. (after he was gone from my list cuz of the bug so as to reinvite me)

*In Hart's case, she was deleting a comment from one of her many e-stalkers and afterwards, she lost all her friends list AND some (but not all of her comments)


It seems the common factor is anytime some changes are happening to the profiles THAT is when the bug occurs. It is consistent in wiping out all of the friends list, but inconsistent in wiping out all comments. I think rnd and I lost all comments but Hart only lost some.


I dunno if that helps to narrow things down but I hope you find that bug. This game is big about community and it blows to lose your friends list. I know Hart cried irl for 42 days straight and flooded her town. I have a picture of her in a canoe! ;)
