With the sometimes longer wait times to get a game started and the occasional lag delay between a click and an action, I think the first player should have more time to think about his first move. The other players have at least a full turn before deciding on their next step.

It has happened way too often where I, and countless others, will make a stupid move or no move at all when playing first, which results on a wasted game.
