1800 to 1600

After falling from grace from the 1800 group in to the 1600s - it seems the way the scoring system works it's likely that the only way is down unless you're lucky and come first all the time. Is there no space for a 1700 group? And a 1900?

So, give it a few games and you'll place 1st to 3rd enough times to get you back to 1800. It won't happen right away though, as you've noted, losses on the table drop your ELO significantly if you're only just under 1800 when you start there
