shit.... what´s fine about this???
It´s perhaps chicken-hearted, but not fine!

Players do things like this, ´cause they are afraid to lose... It need´s no skill, no intelligence, if the two biggest players ally... It´s only about luck, who will get first or second place, and for the smaller players who will get 3rd, 4th and so on...

These are really boring games, and I´m so happy that you don´t find them so often on the higher tables...

And if you want to make a cheater-thread about me and my friends, why you don´t start???
But it´s perhaps a little bit boring, ´cause there are soooo many, and it´s even not so easy to keep all the names in your head...

i was being sarcastic, its just as bad as they says playing with friends are, they say it gives you an unfair advantage, but when the top two ally together then its just strategy even though no one else has a chance

If you're not in the top two then having the top two ally just ends the game quicker.

It's actually a lazy play by the second place guy. The alternative is for 2nd to ally with 3rd and take first. The difference is approx. +30 rating points and worth the risk.

happens at the upper tables too

what's amusing is that it is usually done by those who have just arrived at the upper tables, ie: not the usual suspects at the top

I suppose this is because after a while the community knows each other - and the talented usually rise no matter what the rating system is. But surely, people play for fun?

Grun games are epic!
no lame 1/2 alliances

Oh, defiance, lighten up. All of your posts are pessimistic, sarcastic, or just negative. Hmm, I shouldn't point this out since it will just add fuel to the fire... lets see....

good point

that's another thing - why squabble for 2nd? with the old system sure, 2nd was a lot of points, nowadays if you allow someone to be dominating (blue ribbon) while you squabble for 2nd you play for pittance points, +10 or +15 and not the previous amounts 2nd offered

thus a 50% shot at +40
or a 95%-100% at 10

and even if you lose while going for the +40 you prolly get some dominance as you chew on the leader and even if you lose likely get that +10 anyway

hosh posh at 1/2 alliances

HOSH POSH

That´s the point why I love the new scoring-system, but I hate it to play with players who don´t understand this system!

It´s curious! I´m playing well with my best account - super strut II - in the Top 100 with something about 1740 points. I´m winning some games, and if I´m not winning mostly I came out with some +/- up to 10 points...

But with aixo <---- my main avatar I crashed down by bad luck, and now I can´t get over 1500...

Ryan - you said that kdice is also about psychology... I agree. But it´s really hard, if the other player don´t know the rules... And if he hasn´t got anything to lose...
No sense for risk... They are attacking a 5stack with their only 4stack - and they win! That´s the damned luck of the stu...

its not my fault this game has so many flaws to point out. It is funny though that even though it would be better for the 2nd and 3rd to kill the first, they never do cause they are too worried about losing so its all 1 and 2 vs all. Also, its fun to get stalked but 5 different people for playing with friends, but when the top 2 ally and screw everyone else over, its just accpepted. GREAT GAME
