I've been with kdice for 3+ months and really, really enjoyed the whole experience and made quite a lot of kdice friends. Good times had by all! However, since the new rules the game has turned sour for me quickly. The dice distribution seems to be broken and the rating system just doesn't work for me. I've given the system a good try, and every time I leave feeliing pissed off. I'm done with kdice. It was fun while it lasted. Adieu, adios, aufwiedersehen. Hope to see the old school rules return someday. If not - happy kdicing.

at 1:16 PM, Saturday February 17, 2007 EST I know you all think that this dominance makes sense but please explain this. I was playing in a table and it was down to the last 3, i was the smallest. One guy was doing something stupid so i decided to help the other one win. I ended up with 14 territories the guy i helped had 16 and the last guy had 1. I started attacking the guy that got last with 5 territories and he was the biggest. Everyone keeps saying that you have to take and hold territories to get dominance but i obviously held them if i ended with 14 and he had 1. But i got -4 dominance and he got 15 so i go 5 points for second and he got 20 for third even though i took over half of his territories and held them.

at 2:12 PM, Saturday February 17, 2007 EST with the east coast snow storm and the new score system, I've played quite a few games, didn't like the dominance system but now I see the placement is weighted too, 1st place doesn't always get the same points, nor the others. Liked this game when it was a simple rip off of RISK, but without any solid scoring system nor a true ability to come from behind through hard work, this game is over.
Yes Ryan you have released us. |

You didn't understand the system then. Please ask somewhere else (perhaps even in a new thread, I can't find an old one) for answers. This would lead to off-topic here. Sorry. I am sad about every player kdice loses. So come back Silvertrigger. |
